JIMU KITCHEN

About

A metal shop that sells what it makes.

JIMU Kitchen has been pressing stainless bowls since 2011. Today we run our own line of sinks and wall niches and sell it direct, so the company that answers your call is the company that welded the part.

How we work

One team from the press to your dock.

Your call goes to a person who knows the product, not a call center. The same team that signs off the finish handles the freight claim when a carton arrives damaged in Ohio.

Because we own the tooling and the warehouse, a model stays the same model. Reorder in two years and you get the identical part, the same finish lot standard, and the same install guide.

Capability

What is under the roof.

Pressing and forming

Hydraulic presses to 600 tons for one piece bowls, plus press brakes for niche bodies and flanges.

Welding and finishing

Seam and spot welding, corner grinding, and a polishing line that runs brushed, satin and mirror.

PVD coating

In house vacuum coating for black, gunmetal, brass and bronze, so color stays consistent between production lots.

Quality lab

Salt spray cabinet, coating thickness gauge, shelf load testing and CMM measurement on every production run.

Packing

Retail ready cartons with barcodes, insert cards and pallet plans that survive an LTL network.

California warehouse

Stock of every model in Fontana, so an order does not wait on an ocean container.
